 I am currently employed at a digital company that offers cloud-based solutions to pre-clinical researchers, where I have been supporting implemented solutions & their architecture's security. In my role, I've had the privilege of working with researchers & administrators from esteemed clients such as J&J, Pfizer, and Nestle, among others, to ensure the seamless functioning & utility of our custom solution. My primary responsibilities involve streamlining workflows through system changes, with an emphasis on application accessibility & functionality, with digital communication being the medium for this. 

In addition to technical customer support for our clients, I also manage internal systems maintenance and improvement, including establishing roles & access in underprivileged areas for internal support and delegating customer support responsibilities. I have also held knowledge transfers to employees in similar roles.

Moving forward, my career aspirations involve managing a customized application solutions company, leveraging my background in the microeconomy to achieve this goal. My specialty is streamlining communication both internally and externally.
